For select Southern Nevada employer groups, Prominence has partnered with wellPORTAL for a customized primary care network.

wellPORTAL is an exclusive network of advanced primary care providers serving the southern Nevada area for members of specific Prominence employer group clients. The wellPORTAL providers assist our members in coordinating their appropriate healthcare in a timely and convenient setting.

It will always be the member’s responsibility to validate that a provider they are seeing is in the Prominence Health Plan wellPORTAL Network.
