Prominence Health Plan is committed to complying with applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. Our Compliance Program was created to help ensure we conduct our business with integrity and in accordance with our policies and applicable laws, and also to provide a safe environment for raising compliance concerns and questions.

Prominence Health Plan’s Code of Conduct serves as a cultural compass for employees, management, vendors and others who interact with the health plan. It is an essential element of our Compliance Program. The Compliance Program is a partnership among all of us to make the right business choices.

How to Report a Compliance Concern

As part of our commitment to our values, Prominence makes it easy to report perceived or known compliance issues. If you are aware of potential or actual non-compliance, you are required to report these concerns to the Compliance Office.
